Meaning PA refers to the analysis of an employees performance and their caliber for future growth and development. It is nothing but the evaluation of an employee’s performance. In other words, Appraisals are a part of performance management. Performance management refers to the set of activities and tasks that make sure that the employees meet their goals on time
