reorganization) or • Purchasing the claims of companies that are expected to file for Chapter 11 in near future *Under chapter 11 protection, companies try to avoid chapter (i.e protection against liquidation) through an out-of-court restructuring of debt with their creditors • Opportunities for managers exist due to the following reasons: o Relatively under-researched by analysts o Many
