Where necessary, questions have been amended to reflect the new format of the exam, from June 2013. Questions set under the old syllabus Performance Management paper are included because their style and content are similar to those which appear in the P5 exam. They have 'PM' after the question name. These questions have been amended to reflect the current exam format.
