Week : Period: Date of preparation: 12/09/2011 Date of teaching: 15/09/2011 UNIT 2: CLOTHING LESSON 1: GETTING STARTED LISTEN AND READ I OBJECTIVES: - By the end of the lesson , Ss will be able to talk about “Ao dai”, the traditional Vietnamse cothing - Educate Ss to respect the Vietnamse traditional clothing and get knowledge of other countries traditional clothings II PREPARATIONS: Textbook, sub-board III PROCEDURES: TEACHER/S ACTIVITIES / Warm-up : (8’) Guessing game - Have Ss look at some tranditional clothes and say the name of the coutries clothes countries Sari a Scotland Kimono b Japan Kilt c Arabia Veil d India Ao dai e Vietnam Jeans f USA SS/ ACTIVITIES - Look at the pictures and say - Listen - Lead to the new lesson 2/ Presentation: (15’)  Activity 1: - Ask Ss to look at the picture and answer the - Observe, and answer questions Who often wear Ao dai? Do men wear Ao dai?When?
