Luận văn này tập trung nghiên cứu phân tích cấu trúc của một số hợp chất indenoisoquinolin có hình thành từ phản ứng giữa Indeno[1,2-c]Isochromen-5,11-đion và các amin bậc 1 bằng các phương pháp hóa lý hiện đại, đây sẽ là cơ sở khoa học giá trị cho việc nghiên cứu mối liên quan giữa cấu trúc hóa học và hoạt tính sinh học.
