1. GENERAL CONSTRUCTION METHOD
Civil Works Contract Package A1 (Km65+000-Km81+150) which is a large size project and quite complicated manner in the construction method due to the big scope of work. Therefore, a feasible construction program is play an important role and a vital decision to complete project successful.
The following is the general program and construction method statement to be prepared by the Contractor, who based on the tender document and the appendix as well as his site investigation, the supplying resource and other information needed.
Upon receiving the construction site from the Employer, the Contractor shall promptly prepare the construction program. All kind of equipment for the work shall be mobilized in 7 days. The material for the first items of work shall be delivered to site. The Management Board and workers, who are responsible for each work, shall be assignment to the position.
Due to the special manner of project, that can shorten the construction time. Base on the topography, scope of work, and item of work to be listed in the designed document, the Contractor shall arrange the works with the following sections:
Base on each item section of work of, the Contractor shall assign the special constructed groups as shown in the “Workforce Mobilization Plan”
In the event of construction work to be happened in the night, the Contractor shall ensure to provide fully the signed systems, and beacon light all over the nights.

2. THE PREPARATION OF THE PROJECT SCHEDULE MANAGEMENT.
The project schedule and management is very important, that shall be prepared by the Project Manager, soon after having the Acceptant Letter be issued by the Employer. The following shall be the main sections:
