Aims: To give the students some new words and time for them to practice their writing skill.

Objectives: By the end of the lesson the students will be able to write passages about their trip to the countryside

Teaching aids: book, pictures, questions, poster. Languages:

 Grammar: The past progressive tense

 Vocabulary: picnic site, lay out something, gather thing, catch a bus.

1. Pre-teach vocabulary:
