A Warm up and Review (5’)

- T and Ss introduce themselves

Teacher’s activities 1 Look, listen and repeat(10’)

- T ask Ss to open their book on page and look at the picture of the class

- T ask Ss to tell about the content of the picture by answering some questions

+ How many people are there? Who is this? + What are they doing?

- T open the cassette

- T open the cassette again, pausing after each line for Ss to repeat Repeat the step when necessary Divide the class into two groups Ask one group to repeat Miss Hien’s part and the other the Ss’s

- Play the recording through for Ss to listen

- Play the recording again for Ss to listen and tick the correct answers

- Ask Ss to exchange their answer with their partners before reporting them to the class - Read out the answers to the class Provide explanation(s) when necessary
