competence of the teachers is ready for initial implementation The faculty development program is commendable to improve pedagogical competence of the teachers Recommendations In the light of the findings and conclusions of the study, the following recommendations are offered: Other parameters could be used to measure the pedagogical competence of the teachers The instrument used on this study could still be subjected for validation The faculty development program might be enhanced to further suit the needs of the teachers The faculty development program may be implemented by the respondent
