- to pronouce the sounds /f/ and /v/ in words or statements quite correctly,

- to know how to form, use as well as distinguish adjectives ending with -ing and adjectives ending with -ed,

- to know and use the structure "It was not until that " correctly, - to use the articles "a", "an", "the"

Exercise1: Write the adjectival forms of the verbs below:

Verb + ing/ ed Adjective + Adjective ending with –ing used with nouns referring to things imply the active meaning
