1 keep fit : giữ thể cân đối, vừa vặn stay healthy : giữ thể khỏe mạnh medical (adj) thuộc y khoa

 medical check-up : kiểm tra sức khỏe  medical record : hồ sơ bệnh án fill in/ out (v) điền vào temperature (n) nhiệt độ

 take one’s temperature: đo nhiệt độ normal (adj) bình thường high/ tall (adj) cao

 height (n) chiều cao

8 weigh (v) cân

 weight (n) cân nặng

9 measure (v) đo

10 scale (n) cân

 get on the scale : (bước) lêncân 11 leave_left (v) rời
