LESSON 2: A CLOSER LOOK ( P 60 - 61 ) A.OBJECTIVES:

1.Knowledge - By the end of this lesson, students will be able to know some more

things and activities for Tet and practice to pronunce the sounds / s / and / ʃ / + Vocabulary: furniture, present, pagoda, calendar, plant, hang

+ Grammar:

2 Skills: Practice and develope lisening and speaking skills.

3.Attitude: Educate students what they should to help their parents at ‘Tet’ and they

will be interested in learning English more

4 Competence: Ss can pronunce the sounds / s / and / ʃ / B.TEACHING AIDS:

- Textbook, teacher’s book, lesson plan, board, chalks, pictures, posters, stereo and the CD record, computer,TV

- T checks forms, meaning, use and the intonation + Form: S + should / shouldn’t + Vinf + Obj + Meaning: Translate the model sentences into Vietnamese
