Chapter 1 of the thesis introduces the basic concept of noncredit services in commercial banks. Next, it focuses on analyzing the factors affecting the enhancement of noncredit services, as well as providing some criteria for the enhancement of noncredit services Chapter 2 deals with the status of noncredit services of ABBANK – Dong Ha Noi Branch for the period 20142017. This chapter consists of three main sections. The first section introduces the formation and development of the bank and the overview of business operation. The next section analyzes the enhancement of noncredit services at ABBANK – Dong Ha Noi Branch from the year 2014 to 2017. The final section evaluates the achievements that the bank has achieved, as well as points out the limitations that exist and why the bank has those limitations. These analyzes and assessments will be the basis for the solutions outlined in Chapter 3. In chapter 3, the thesis will evaluate the bank’s current noncredit services and analyze the opportunities and challenges for the bank to enhance the noncredit services. Finally, it will propose some solutions to the bank and make some recommendations to the government to promote noncredit services at ABBANK.
