Aims and objectives : + Language Content : + To help the students will be able to ask and answer about their schedules with their friends. + To enable the s.s to use the present simple tense in asking and answering the questions +Language Function : + By the end of the lesson, the students will be able to talk about their schedules at school. +Educational Aim : + To make them aware of the important of all subjects at school. 1. Language : + Vocabulary : revise words of subjects + Structures : review present simple tense 2. Skills : Speaking – Listening - Reading - Writing 3. Educational factor : + Enjoying every subject at school. + Knowing to give schedules scientifically II. Teacher’s and students’ preparation : 1. Method : Communicative Approach 2. Techniques : pictures, pairwork, explanation, handout. 4. Materials needed : Textbook, picture, cassette, tape 5. Students’preparation: Reading the lesson in advance and preparing it carefully. 6. Previous exercise : Asks some s.s about their school subjects III. PROCEDURES IN CLASS : 1. Stabilization : 2ms a.Warm up: Greetings b.Checking absence: Who’s abent today? 2. Checking up previous knowledge : 5ms 4 Shows the picture 5 and asks a student 5 a. What is Hoa studying? And what time does he have Math class? Key to the questions: Student’s answer 3. II.Pre- practice: Gives a picture of Thu and Hoa and tells the s.s about the talk between them. Has them guess what subjects Thu studies and on what day. What is Thu’s favourite subject? What about Hoa? These are some information taken from your guess. Now, in order to help you check them. Lets listen to the tape with their friends, using “Wh-questions” III. Controlled-practice: When do you have English/ Literature? Calls some s.s to stand up and ask or make some short conversations with their friends about their schedules IV.
