Week:1 Period:1 REVISION I Objectives. Students will be able to review the knowledge in grade 8. II Language content. Grammar : Verb tense, passive form, reported speech. Vocabulary: Review the whole vocabulary that they have learnt. III Teaching methods. Communication approach, suggestions,deductive or indeductive. IV Teaching aids. Reference books, textbooks, exercise books. V Procedures. 1/ Greeting -taking attendance. 2/ Review of the previous lesson. 3/ New lesson. 1 Teacher and students’activities Content Teacher gives some examples and suggest students giving the structures and say how to use. Teacher gives the exercises. Students do the exercises in pairs. Teacher asks students to give the correct answers. Students write the answers on the board. Teacher feedbacks . Students copy down in their books. Teacher gives the structures of the past simple tense and examples Teacher has students say how to use . One student says how to use bebore class. Teacher gives the exercises and suggests students doing them in pairs. Students work in pairs. Teacher calls some pairs to give their answers before class. Teacher comments and corrects if necessary.
