Under the emergence of Industry 4.0, companies nowadays are facing a pressure to quickly change and adapt themselves accordingly with technologies. we would like you to provide your insights and opinions about the effects of Robotic implementation on labour and skill sets as well as the future requirements and managerial skills needed for the smart industry. The questionnaire is divided into four main parts, two of which are specifically for HR managers.
