Volleyball is gradually becoming the sport that many students are interested in and choose to join in daily practice. However, in the process of learning and work out, most students make basic errors when performing technical tasks. This article aims to identify, select and build some supplementary exercises in order to correct the common errors of students in the process of implementing the cushion technique of low ball with both hands.

volleyball; student; exercise ABSTRACT Volleyball is gradually becoming the sport that many students are interested in and choose to join in daily practice However, in the process of learning and work out, most students make basic errors when performing technical tasks This article aims to identify, select and build some supplementary exercises in order to correct the common errors of students in the process of implementing the cushion technique of low ball with both hands INTRODUCTION SUBJECTS AND METHODS OF THE STUDY Like other sports such as Football, Athletics, Basketball, Badminton, or King Chess, volleyball is the sport that most people like and participate in training Participants in Volleyball are very different from teenagers, middle aged people or the elderly 2.1 Research subjects The research subject is some additional exercises to improve the cushion technique with two hands for non-major students of Tien Giang University Activities in volleyball is a combination of basic movement techniques such as passing, cushioning, smashing, kicking and blocking in which the technique of low cushioning with two hands is one of the basic and important techniques in volleyball 2.2 Research object The research object was 90 students of 02 elective sports classes Volleyball was taught in the first semester of the school year 20182019 at Tien Giang University, in details: - Due to the practice of teaching elective sports for non-major students at Tien Giang University, we realize that most students still make many mistakes while performing this movement technique Therefore, we study the topic: "Studying and selecting some supplementary exercises to improve technique of cushioning the ball with two hands for nonmajor students of Tien Giang University" - Case-Control group: 45 students of class 1244104 (female students are 20) Experimental group: 45 students of class 1244108 (female students are 20) 2.3 Research Methods To achieve the purpose of the research, we have used the following research methods: Methods of analyzing and synthesizing documents;
