The line graph illustrates the monthly average figures for temperatures while the table compares the hours of sunshine in a year in three cities - London, New York and Sydney Overall, it can be seen clearly that London and New York have the same increasing trend in temperature while Sydney experienced a downward trend in the middle of the year In addition, we can also see that London receives much less sunshine than the other two cities Firstly, starting at the highest point of over 25 degrees, Sydney’s temperature drops significantly to above 15 in July before rising to its original figure The temperature trend of London and New York are similar; however, New Yorh has warmer summer and colder winter In January, the temperature in London is higher than New York with and respectively until March, the figure for New York becomes higher Both cites continue to increase and reach a peak of nearly 30 for New York and 22 for London in July Turning to the table, New York has the highest number of hours of sunshine at over 2500 hours, followed by the figure for Sydney with around 2400 hours Finaly, the lowest annual hours of sunshine is London with 1180 hours
