Processor: Minimum Intel Core i3 or higher Memory (RAM): Minimum 2GB or higher Display with 1152 x 864 resolution 1280 x 1024 or higher recommended 3.2 Viewer Program Features The program is designed to help users manage the recorded data 3.3 Viewer Functions o o o o o o Search video data by conditions (Name, ID, Date/Time) Playback Download video data from the Reckon-X camera Delete video data in the Reckon-X camera Change the IP address (Reckon-X camera) Configuring the Reckon-X camera 3.4 Viewer Installation 3.4.1 Run the Setup.exe file 3.4.2 Click the “Next” button 3.4.3 Select the “I button and click the “Finish” button Viewer Operating Procedures 4.1 Starting the program The user must check their Network Connection settings and ensure the IP address is NOT automatically assigned 4.1.1 Open the Control Panel on the desktop 4.1.2 Select Network and Internet and open Network and Sharing Center 4.1.3 Select Change Adapter Settings 4.1.4 Right click Local Area Connection and select Properties 4.1.5 Select Properties for Internet Protocol Version (TCP/IPv4) 4.1.6 Change and set the IP address Page | 13 4.1.7 Right click the icon and select “Run as Administrator” to start the Viewer 4.2 Overview ① Log-in the viewer program Default ID: admin / Default PW: 1111 ② Viewer Settings To add, modify, delete, and manage user privileges (This button appears when you log in to the Admin account.) ③ Playback To search and download the video data ④ Download To download the video data recorded by the Reckon-X camera ⑤ Device Setting To manage and search for connected Reckon-X cameras ⑥ Display the departments name ⑦ Viewer program version ⑧ Logo Image ⑨ Minimize the window ⑩ Maximize the window ⑪ Close the window Page | 14 4.3 Viewer Setting Can be configured differently depending on the user privileges 4.3.1 User Setting: Add and delete the user Edit the user ID & PW and set up the user privileges for Playback, Download and Device Setting 4.3.2 Logo: Set the logo image path to display on the viewer program 4.3.3 Access Setting: Set ID & PW to access the recorded data on the registered cameras on the viewer (For downloading) Note) ID & PW must be same as the 3rd Page of Device Setting Default ID: root Page | 15 / Default Password: 1234 4.4 Device Setting The camera needs to be registered first before connecting and downloading the video data 4.4.1 Device Setting Overview Click the “Device Setting” button to open the screen Detected Devices Registered Device ① Device Search To search for devices on the same domain ② Register To register a detected device using two methods: Select the desired device (highlighted blue) and click the Register button Double click the desired device Refer to 4.2.2 for more information ③ Delete To delete the detected devices on the list ④ List of newly found devices Note: Registered devices are highlighted orange ⑤ Device Search To search for a specific device Enter keywords to search for the device ⑥ Modify To change the settings on the device Refer to 4.2.2 for more information ⑦ Delete To delete registered devices Clicking the button and a LOG-IN screen will appear Page | 16 Default ID: admin / Default PW: 1111 ⑧ List of registered devices 4.4.2 Device Registration Procedure 4.4.2.1 Click the “Search” button 4.4.2.2 Select the Reckon-X camera you want to register by clicking the "Register" button 4.4.2.3 Set the desired settings on the 1st Setup Page A Device Name: Set the device name of the selected device B Video Resolution: Set the recording resolution * Bit rates are fixed - 1920x1080: 7Mbps - 1280x720: 6Mbps - 800x600: 2Mbps C OSD Time Display: Time stamps for video clips D Record Mode - Manual: Recording starts from Sleep Mode Approx 2sec to start the recording * Maximum battery automatic download function on the device - Manual: Disables the automatic download function on the device (The units on this mode will be excluded on the automatic data download) Delete Exported File - Disable: After downloading, the data won’t be deleted from the storage - Enable: After downloading, the data will automatically be deleted from the storage Audio Mute: Enables/disables the Audio Mute function This can be changed by the Mode Button User Info: Enter the name and the badge number of the police officer This info will be used as the file name Wi-Fi Setup (Pro version ONLY) - Enable the Wi-Fi function - Click the Wi-Fi Setup button - Enter the SSID, Password and Encryption of Access Point J Download on Wi-Fi (Pro version ONLY) - When enabled, the data can be downloaded from the device to the In-Car Video System Wireless Data downloading rate is approx 150KByte/s K Bluetooth Setup (Pro version ONLY) - When enabled, the Bluetooth signal will turn on the Wi-Fi function when the device is back in range - Enter the MAC address of the cradle L Secured Video File - When enabled, the video and audio will be recorded using a secured file format It can only be played on A Date/Time - Set the local date and time - Enable GPS time sync and DST (Daylight Savings Time) NOTE: If you want the unit to automatically synchronize with the local time, the Time Zone must be When the camera is mounted on the cradle and detected on the network, the status is marked as Connected It will take a few seconds to convert to Downloading mode When downloading, the device is highlighted yellow Up to units can be listed in Auto Data Download mode Note) When units are downloading the data, the next units will not be listed The next units will automatically start when the
