the Department of Defense in accordance with the established procedures This publication was approved on the military standardization handbook series for printing and inclusion in This handbook provides basic and fundamental information on adhesives and related bonding processes for the guidance of engineers and designers of military materiel It should provide valuable information on most of the factors that must be considered in adhesive bonding, and should be of value in the preparation of specifications, including process specifications The handbook is not intended to be referenced in purchase specifications, except for informational purposes, nor shall it supersede any specification requirements Every effort has been made to reflect the latest information on adhesives and adhesive bonding and closely related techniques It is the intent to review this handbook periodically to insure its completeness and accuracy, Beneficial comments (recommendations, additions, or deletions) and
