DEVELOPING HI-TECH AGRICULTURE IN VIETNAM Authors: Pham Thi Mai Anh, Nguyen Thi Kim Anh, Tran Nhu The Class: QH 2009 E- KTCT Intructors: Dr Pham Van Dung Researching Objective: Nowaday, following the globalization tendency and technology explosion, hi-tech agricultrure is a key element which determines the farmer’s life and income Besides, it helps strengthening competitive power of agricultural product in the international market The objective of researching team is bringing out the meaning and role of hi-tech agriculture in socioeconomic development Then, evaluating the reality of hi-tech agriculture development in Vietnam From that points, researching team will propose some motions for improving manufacture and consume rate Research struture: Chapter 1: Basic theoies and reality theories of hi-tech agriculture: Bringing out basic theories about hi-tech agriculture development, roles of it in the socioeconomic development Analysing experience of developing hi-tech agriculture in Taiwan and Israel Chapter 2: Reality of developing hi-tech agriculture in Vietnam: Analysing condition and real situation of hi-tech agriculture in Vietnam Using scientific theories to assess and explain the reality of hi-tech agriculture development in Vietnam Chapter 3: Solution to develop of hi-tech agriculture in Vietnam: Carring out some solution to the development of hi- tech agriculture in Vietnam in near future Research result: Research clarifies some basic theories about hi-tech agriculture, the model and role to socioeconomic status Due to limited material, research can only assess the reality of hi-tech agriculture development in Vietnam, focusing on cultivation field which has many inadequate problem At the present, hi-tech agriculture is just policy product, it can’t be expanded to the whole agriculture model The reason is that Vietnam doesn’t have enough basic condition to develop this model From that points, reseaching team carries out main solutions: Solution of regional project (optimizing potential area); Solution of cooperation: Government – Cultivator – Scientist - Firm – Distributor; Solution of Government policy focusing on supporting conditions for developing hi – tech agriculture Hanoi, 3rd May, 2013 ...Government – Cultivator – Scientist - Firm – Distributor; Solution of Government policy focusing on supporting conditions for developing hi – tech agriculture Hanoi, 3rd May, 2013
