Hội chứng Rối loạn Phổ Tự Kỷ gì? Hội chứng Rối loạn Phổ Tự Kỷ (Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)) tên gọi để mơ tả nhóm hội chứng rối loạn thâm nhập toàn phát triển (pervasive developmental disorders) với khiếm khuyết chủ yếu lãnh vực sau đây: Quan hệ Giao tiếp Thái độ hờ hững Không chơi đùa với trẻ em khác Chỉ tham gia có người lớn thúc giục giúp đỡ Thái độ giao tiếp người bị ASD khác biệt từ hồn tồn hờ hững với người khác, đến muốn tham gia làm cách nào, „thân thiện thái quá‟ Một số người đáp ứng giao tiếp họ không tự khởi động tương tác với người khác Nỗ lực để giao tiếp họ thấy kỳ lạ, lập lập lại, bất thường Họ bị kỹ giao tiếp thường gặp khó khăn am hiểu tập quán giao tiếp việc kết bạn gia nhập chơi, họ thiếu khả am hiểu hành vi giao tiếp chấp nhận không nhận thức cảm xúc người khác Truyền đạt Bày tỏ ước muốn cách kéo lập lập lại, khơng thích thú Khả sinh hoạt niềm vui thích hạn hẹp Những cử động thân thể bất thường, Các hành vi bị ám ảnh Chống thay đổi Người bị ASD tạo thói quen “nghi thức” nhằm giúp họ đối phó với mơi trường gây rối rắm cho họ Các thói quen hay nghi thức tác động lên linh hoạt họ gây hậu họ chống đối thay đổi Đôi người bị ASD có cử động thân thể theo nghi thức có hành vi bị ám ảnh, hầu giúp More and more legal documents are being translated into English, the international language of communication, for reference purposes. This calls for studies into the field of legal translation to come up with methods and strategies of translation, as well as assessment and evaluation of translations.This study aims at revealing the most basic features of Vietnamese and English legal language, and basic concepts of translation theory in general, legal translation in particular. Then it will test the appropriateness of House’s model for translation quality assessment in assessing English translations of Vietnamese legal documents. This is done through the application of the model in assessing the English version of the Law on Investment 2005 of Vietnam and conclusions based on the findings.
