MINUTES OF THE 1st MEETING CONTEMPORARY ISSUES IN MARKETING MANAGEMENT Time and location: - 11th May, 2013, from 8.am to 11.am (3 hours) - Kathy’s house Member attended: All members of Chiaki group are attended - Trần Thị Kim Ngân – Kathy (leader) - Nguyễn Như Ngọc – Nurin - Trần Tố Nga – Rosy - Lê Huy Tùng - Tommy Purpose of meeting: - Review the work of each member and the requirement of first outcomes (1.3 and 1.4) after presentation in the class Review and divided again works of each member Detail of the meeting: - Discuss about works and the parts which were not yet completed - Discuss about the requirement of outcome which group lack of after presentation, follow - - by teacher Doti Review the information of HSBC and choose the parts will in each outcome Set the work to each member to write Outcome 1.3 1.4 Division of work Kathy and Rosy: The benefits of CRM bring to HSBC Linked to ICT tools Nurin and Tommy: Review and find the weakness of CRM in HSBC and make recommendation Problem encountered: There are some problems to understand these outcomes and hard to divide the tasks into each member Outcome 1.3 1.4 Problems Some difficult to link with ICT tools into each benefits Some of descriptions in phases of CRM not weakness, so members not know should or should not make recommend to improvement 6 Solutions: Outcome 3.1 3.2 Solutions Group will research and find ICT tools were used in HSBC Group will bring this problem to ask teacher Doti to get her feedback Each member will have responsibility of writing specific part Then, we will meet together, share and check again Finally, we will have cross check and leader must check once again to ensure everything is correct By doing that, everyone in group can understand assignment fully and it will bring the best result Prepared by Rosy Noted by Ms Doti Chee
