ang get clear understanding about the political factor that may effect to the oeprations of company In fact, the media industry could not be regular by the government however, in some case, it significantly want to the government control and management It is the protections of government with copyright of some special program, that own by MediaCorp Without any protection of government with copyright, the profit as well as benefit that MediaCorp can get could be unable to survive Thus, the linkage between government and media is become more and more closer and more complex The legal system affects businesses is increasing Antitrust, intellectual property rights, patent inventions will create a healthy competitive opportunities between companies in the industry With the current development of the group to protect the interests of consumers would be a threat to the company as this will increase the consumer's position up, forcing the company to be more responsible for safety products, honest advertising and culture Economic factor: at now, media and TV broadcast have become the most primary source of information for the public, where they can get news as well as events that happening in every hour, or even in each second It is very important, advertisment program can be considered as the most popular way to helps people finding about neccessary information job opportunities or to seek some information the price of groceries at they want or purpose to buy Goldman Sachs predicted in 2011 - 2012, Singapore economy to grow 5.3% A famous economist Nouriel Roubini said that the economy will grow 4.4% in Singapore in 2011 However, the deceleration of this growth can be a good thing for Singapore, because the inflation rate in the country is forecast to be 2.5 to 3.5% in 2010, from the predicted -3% given earlier Economic growth leads to spending more customers, in case of MediaCorp, people will spend more for PayTV channel, order to get higher benefit as well as better service quality The company can expand operations and higher profits Inflation in Singapore but not high and relatively stable, but if the Singapore state has no plans to work in the future, there will be rising inflation, commodity price increases, consumers are trying to cut unnecessary spending, reduced consumer items such as the beverage products Moreover, economic uncertainty makes it difficult for business operations of the company Social factor: Singapore consumers are young, healthy and desire to please They are patriotic, national pride, love sports especially football favorites Singapore people love to express themselves and more interested in the brand Singapore are very creative young people, to express themselves and try something new And these are the main factors may determine the style and consumption behavior of people in Singapore In addition, consumers are also more concerned about health issues: in addition to good food, they also pay attention to eating healthy copy A survey of 1,200 that was conducted by TNS Research Company, researching aout people living in urban areas of Singapore, it shows that 85% of respondents said that health is more important to them than the rich Thus, in case of MediaCorp, they can invest more and more in some program that related into healthy, it can helps to attract more attention of of small business owner is considered as important Like to the suggestion of Senge (1990), it can be said that the roles of a leader in MediaCorp is the roles of a designer, teacher and steward who can build shared vision and challenge prevailing mental model The role of the leader is critical to effectiveness, growth and well being os an organizatio Under the influence of good leadership,
