DINH DANG VAN BAN THEO CHUAN APA Current Situation: According to Zikmund, Babin, Carr Griffin (2013), it is necessary for Vietnam America Education Group (VMG) to understand the factors affecting the organization comprising of interviews with main decisionmakers. VMG was set up by 59% of the capital from American partner and 41% of the investment from Vietnamese partner. Two years ago, it ran smoothly with more than five thousand students at various levels and was always proud of having qualified, enthusiastic, and creative foreign, Vietnamese teachers and employees. However, thanks to the analysis of symptoms which are existing in the company such as declining working productivity of employees, the low retention of old learners, the difficulties of opening new courses due to lack of new students, and increasing the number of employees leave jobs, Vietnam America Education Group believes that the employee commitments to the organization are too low. Problem Statement: The most challenging thing for the VMG is identifying and understanding the relevant, interesting, and feasible problems that are current within the organization. VMG realizes that its products and services are not being utilized properly due to the environment of the inefficient work. Besides that, weak customer services which the organization’s employees have been bringing will directly hurt the reputation of VMG and even cause its customers to flee to its rivals, who are more respondent. The parents of students have canceled the next enrollments due to unnecessary delays of textbooks, or some outdated equipment used for teaching and learning, the fault is that VMG’ employees have not informed the supply chain in time.
