In poor nations, there is a lack of access to education in remote areas To address this issue, some people are in favor of the idea of a greater supplement of teachers and schools whilst other perceive that an investment into computers and internet access will deliver better results This essay will explore the bright sides of both proposals Firstly, a compelling argument can be made that the situation would be better off if there are more schools and instructors With the spring-up of schools in rural areas, education will become more accessible, which opens up a lot of opportunities for children to take part in schooling What’s more, children living in these areas will have more chances to receive a proper and formal education Besides, the increase on educational infrastructure and teaching staff in distant areas will cut down on the cost of learning which remains the major concern of parents; therefore, parents are more likely to allow to their children to go to school A high-quality information technology system is also regarded as a key to this issue Thanks to state-of-the-art computers and internet connection, children can get exposed to a wide spectrum of learning materials What’s more, these material are colorfully illustrated, which can raise their mood during learning and assist learners take in faster Furthermore, wired computers can bridge the gap among regions and they can expand children’s network Consequently, what children can learn will be not only limited to academic subjects at schools but various skills and hands-on experience from cyberspace as well However, it is advisable to place more emphasis on schools and teachers first This comes from the fact that rural children lack lots of basic skills; hence, they should prepare for them from teachers at first Besides, the exposure to internet without instructions will lead children to engaging in violence and offensive stuffs because they don’t have ability to refine what they search and absorb In conclusion, teachers and schools as well as computers and internet are of great assistance in enhancing the education in far-off communities Nevertheless, on the early stages, teaching staff with schools should be regarded more important while technologies such as computers and internet will play a superior role for further educational development
