- Threat, insult, curse, bullying … Making other people scared, crazy or ashamed

- Harm their mental and health because of the

- Tend to be negative and anti-social

- Less respect from others

- Higher rates of criminal convictions

- Walk with your head up and make your eyes contact with others

- Keep your cool

- Let others know you don’t scare anymore

- Don’t allow any words or actions of others to hurt
