Thí sinh viết được bài văn (khoảng 100) một cách hoàn chỉnh , đúng và đủ bố cục của một bài văn (phần mở bài, thân bài và kết luận) (0.125 đ)đ. Mỗi “paragraph” phải có “topic sentence” (0.25 đ) và diễn giải minh họa (explanations with illustrations) (0.125đ) . Dùng từ chính xác, phong phú, (0.25 đ) viết đúng ngữ pháp; câu văn mạch lạc, có từ hoặc câu liên kết giữa các đoạn văn (0.25 đ). + Ý tưởng: (1 điểm) Thí sinh viết được các ý sau đây dưới dạng các câu hoàn chỉnh: - Internet rất phổ biến đối với con người ngày nay (0.125 đ)đ - Internet là cơng cụ để lấy thơng tin và giải trí (có những bài báo hay, chương trình dự báo thời tiết, thơng tin kinh doanh, thưởng thức những bộ phim hay, âm nhạc, những trò chơi thú vị…) - Internet là phương tiện kết nối với thế giới ( có thể trao đối thư điên tử với bạn bè và người thân…), giới thiệu bản thân cùng thế giới, chia sẽ kiến thức, cảm xúc, ý tưởng…). - Internet giúp con người làm việc tốt ( mua sắm trên mạng, chính phủ điện tử…), giúp con người học tốt (qua trường học trực tuyến, các bài học trực tuyến, chương trình tự học, thi thử Toefl trên mạng, ….) We see the Internet and work with it every day. Firstly, the Internet is a tool to get information and entertainment. Modern life needs information and the Internet supplies us with useful information. For example, office workers can get data or figures for their work by downloading files from the Internet. People of all kinds can get world news, weather forecast news, business news, music, movies, games, … only by a click on the website links. Secondly, it is a fast, effective means to connect the world. We can e-mail or webcam friends and relatives. We can design and host a website to express ourselves so that the world can get to know more about us or our business, work. We also can write blog or participate in forums to share knowledge, feelings and ideas. Thirdly, obviously, the Internet helps people work. People can just stay at home but run their work. Businesspersons or housewives can go e-shopping. Furthermore, e-government is a good way to make government work simple. We can publicize government policies and reduce meetings’ time. Students can attend on-line schools, have on-line lessons, take trial tests or take iBT Toefl tests. In conclusion, I think the Internet is an important invention ever made by humans.
