1 Reason for choosing the topic:
I am Le Hoang Ngoc Mai, a senior student majoring in English at the Faculty of Foreign Languages at Hanoi College of Commerce and Tourism During the last internship period, [ had the opportunity to intern at Indochina Impressive Company Limited - Vietnam Impressive Travel as a sales executive - tour sales
Interning at this company was a great experience for me I learned professional skills as well as professional working processes in the tourism field In addition, I was also directly involved in business activities and consulting for customers, helping me better understand how to put knowledge into practice
In this internship report, [ will present details about my work at Vietnam Impressive Travel, along with the skills and knowledge I have gained I will also share the challenges and experiences [ encountered during my internship [ hope that my report will bring a lot

In today's modern life, there is a need to rest, recover, and regenerate the labor force, as well as the need to explore and learn new and strange things so that life is not dull and adds to one's knowledge Every human being is essential That is why tourism has become
an indispensable activity in daily life As life becomes more and more advanced, with more and more rest time, the need to travel also increases Tourism is one of the few economic sectors in Vietnam that brings in foreign exchange revenue of over 1.5 billion USD per year, and tourism is considered one of the criteria to evaluate the living standards of each country's population Tourism is a bridge of friendship, creating solidarity and sympathy between people and creating a world of peace and mutual respect Recognizing the strengths and position of tourism in the current period, our party and state have been giving tourism a worthy position, considering tourism development as

Indochina Impression Travel and Trade LLC was established on May 17, 2012 Up to now, it has been operating for 11 years in the travel and tourism business Construction and development process:
- In 2012, Fiditour was established, with its first business activity being organizing travel programs for international tourists to Vietnam (inbound)
- In 2013, Indochina Impression LLC began to develop into other service areas such as transportation, visas, etc., and received the title "2013 Adward Certificate of Excellence"
on the Tripadvisor travel platform
- In 2015, Vietravel completed the deployment of a network of three tourism offices in two major cities in Vietnam: the capital Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City
- In 2018, expanded our business fields with visa services, study abroad consulting, a high-quality human resource training center for the tourism industry, etc

This is the company's headquarters, with the responsibility of directly monitoring and operating all business activities of the company Set goals, directions, and strategies to bring the best results for the business At the same time, they are the ones responsible for all business results and are the representatives in negotiations, signing contracts, and approving new projects
- Act as a bridge between businesses and suppliers Choose suitable services for each tour
as well as each customer From there, sign contracts with suppliers such as hotels,
transportation, restaurants, etc
- Supervise the process of implementing the tourism program Coordinate with the accounting department to pay contracted amounts to suppliers, intermediaries, and related units At the same time, coordinate with the guidance department to promptly handle unexpected situations during the tour
- Group ticket sales department: The customer group of this department will be organizations, unions, companies, or related groups of customers with similar
characteristics This is a department with quite high work pressure, as they have to find

- Visa Department: is the place to consult and complete visa procedures for customers In addition to tourist visas, this department also handles procedures for student visas, immigration, etc
- Hotel booking department: This department will receive information about groups of guests from the group and individual ticket sales departments to conduct a survey of suitable hotels and book rooms at the best-negotiated price During peak seasons, this department has to work at 100% capacity because of room shortage They must always update new hotels and ensure quality accommodation to satisfy customers In addition, they must also be able to negotiate the best prices with accommodation suppliers
¢ Airline ticket office
This department is responsible for negotiating prices and booking air tickets according to sold programs In addition, this is also a major airline ticket sales agent for airlines
¢ Accounting department
In charge of financial reporting according to regulations as well as monitoring and reflecting the company's financial situation The accounting department has a close relationship with other departments, ensuring spending, debt payment, and clear declaration of revenue, expenses, and company profits
