to the happiness of each individual

Part 2

While people in many developing countries are getting more happy, people in rich ones are becoming unhappier The following essay will examine some of the likely causes of this predicament, as well as various lessons that can be drawn Different levels of happiness in developing and developed countries can be

attributed to a variety of factors To begin with, residents in developing countries have become more content with their lifestyles as a result of economic progress In recent years, industrialization, combined with technological improvements, has resulted in better living conditions for citizens of these countries People now have better access to health care and education, which allows them to feel more

optimistic and positive Unfortunately, this is not the situation in industrialized countries, where people are under constant pressure to perform People in countries where fundamental necessities are no longer a concern prefer to value other parts of life, such as their social position or personal accomplishment, and hence devote the majority of their time to work Overworking might then result in mental health difficulties such as sadness or tiredness

Trang 3

There are two lessons to be drawn from this situation To begin with, good

economic growth is critical to the happiness of people in any country Being

financially secure allows residents to live without worrying about how to make ends meet, allowing them to enjoy a happy life Furthermore, work-life balance is

essential for pleasure and fulfillment A balanced lifestyle not only benefits people's mental health but also gives them more time to engage with family, friends, and coworkers As a result, people should aim to modify their work schedules in order

to improve their overall well-being

In conclusion, economic progress is the primary cause of people's happiness in emerging countries, whereas the pressure of success causes people in developed countries to be unhappy The primary takeaways from this issue are that both

financial development and work-life balance are critical to one's happiness
