INTRODUCE

The prolonged COVID-19 pandemic has caused economic, cultural, social and human life losses, thus placing heavy pressure on production capacity and import-export supply processes Hundreds and thousands of shipping businesses faced difficulties and revenue dropped rapidly during the epidemic period due to social distancing directives and 5K guarantees

From a positive perspective, this could be the door opening a new path for the logistics service industry to develop The trend of online shopping became gradually popular during the epidemic period due to the inability to go out freely, and gradually formed a new buying habit among the majority of people According to a report by the Vietnam E-commerce Association, in 2020, 55% of businesses said that the number of orders increased compared to the same period in 2019 When goods traded through e-commerce platforms accelerated in quantity as well This is the time when there is an urgent need for the development of logistics services such as e-logistics

e-However, the majority of buyers and sellers said they were still not satisfied with the quality of service of shipping companies in general and, among them, is Ninja Van Ninja Van Group is in the Top 15 fastest growing companies in the Asia-Pacific region

to close the fashion brand and focus on developing the Ninja Van

In April 2015, Ninja Van won big in the series A round with a capital contribution

In October 2015, with the strong development of Southeast Asia's e-commerce market in the world, Ninja Van entered two new markets, Indonesia and Malaysia At the same time, the company also introduced two more services, Ninja Solutions and Ninja Points

4 Business operation overview:

4.1 Research and development:

Ninja Biz is the smart delivery app of Ninja Van Tracking carrier The application helps users create online orders and manage revenue, track the menu conveniently and easily right on their phones In the first quarter of 2022, Ninja Van launched a new version of the Ninja Biz mobile app
