- Stationery is an essential item for students, with high demand for use.Stationery stores are usually located near schools or offices In the last 2 or 3years, stationery with diverse designs has been purchased a lot by students.The stationery business is diversified with small, medium, and large scale.However, regardless of the business scale, the stationery business stillattracts a large number of students in particular and all classes of customers

in general With such a large customer demand, the stationery business is one

of the potential and highly profitable businesses However, the stationerybusiness will face many difficulties in competition Therefore, the studentdecided to build a stationery business plan "Tiệm của Hấu" with essentialstationery items with diverse designs, catching up with the usage trends ofstudents

- Tiệm của Hấu focuses on selling products with beautiful and novel designscompared to other competitors

- Mainly serving students and students around the area

2.1 Analysis of the location of business choice for stationery store Tiệm của Hấu

- Address: Song Phuong, Hoai Duc, Hanoi, near Song Phuong PrimarySchool, Song Phuong Secondary School, Hoai Duc C High School,Nguyen Van Huyen Secondary School

- Existing Competitors: Pre-existing grocery stores, about 5 stationerystores within a 2km radius

- Analyze the reason for choosing the place:

+ Firstly, in terms of infrastructure, the location chosen to openthe shop has relatively good ground, with parking space Theinfrastructure is relatively good, just need to repair a few places

to fit the store

+ Secondly, in terms of traffic, the shop is located on a newlyupgraded 2-way street, wide road surface, safe for students.The new road has been upgraded, so shortly there will be nomore expansion plans
