Biện pháp thi công (Manner of Execution hoặc construction method statement) là trình tự và cách thi công 1 công trình cụ thể từ lúc bắt đầu thi công đến lúc kết thúc và bàn giao công trình, trong đó biện pháp thi công (BPTC) phải đề ra được: hiệu quả về thời gian, hiệu quả về phòng chống (như: tai nạn, phòng cháy…)
