learning (PBL) and creative experience activities Project-based learning (PBL) is an instructional approach that emphasizes student-centered and collaborative learning through the completion of projects that require critical thinking, problem-solving, and real-world application In PBL, students work in teams to investigate and respond to complex questions, problems, or challenges, often resulting in a product, presentation, or performance that demonstrates their learning Creative experience activities are educational activities that focus on experiential and creative learning These activities involve hands-on and interactive experiences that allow students to apply their knowledge in a practical context and promote creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Creative experience activities can take various forms, such as games, simulations, role-playing, experiments, and projects The goal of these activities is to enhance students' engagement, motivation, and learning outcomes by providing opportunities for them to explore and discover new concepts in a creative and experiential way 1.2 Forms of creative experience activities There are several forms of creative experience activities that teachers can use to enhance students' engagement, motivation, and learning outcomes Here are some examples: *Games: Games are an excellent way to introduce new concepts or reinforce existing knowledge Teachers can use various games, such as puzzles, crosswords, quizzes, or board games, to encourage students' participation and foster a competitive spirit *Simulations: Simulations involve creating a real-life scenario where students act out different roles and interact with each other to solve a problem or achieve a goal Simulations provide a hands-on and immersive experience that allows students to apply their knowledge in a practical context *Role-playing: Role-playing involves students assuming different roles and acting out a scenario or a story Role-playing encourages creativity, imagination, and empathy and helps students develop their communication and interpersonal skills *Experiments: Experiments involve conducting a scientific investigation to test a hypothesis or answer a question Experiments provide a practical and interactive experience that allows students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills *Projects: Projects involve students working on a long-term assignment that requires research, analysis, and creativity to produce a final product or presentation Projects provide opportunities for students to apply their knowledge and skills in a practical context and develop their time management and project management skills *Field trips: Field trips involve taking students to a different location outside the classroom, such as a museum, park, or historical site, to provide a hands-on and immersive experience that connects to the curriculum Field trips provide opportunities for students to observe, explore, and discover new concepts in a reallife context Overall, creative experience activities provide students with opportunities to engage with the curriculum in a more experiential and interactive way, promoting creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills Current situation of problems before applying measures In recent years, the Department of Education and Training of Nghe An province and the Department of Education and Training of Dien Chau district have paid great attention to innovating teaching methods and improving the quality of students The education sector always periodically organizes good exams for teachers, district and provincial competitions for students, and online English Olympiads Every year, the Department of Education and Training has conducted school inspections to advise and promote teachers to innovate teaching methods, check their active learning, organize seminars on improving the quality of teaching and learning At the same time, it is also the main issue in council meetings, conferences, seminars in professional groups Improving the quality of students needs to innovate methods, focus on how to guide students to self-study, explore and create Organizing creative experiences demonstrates that Although English teachers in general have made joint efforts to change the situation of English learning in Vietnam, especially improving speaking and presentation skills for High school students However, reality shows that there are many students who are not confident in communicating, not know how to present their views or speak on topic Most students within the High school from 15 to 18 years old are very bad at speaking and communicating skills On the other hand, teachers have not yet known how to organize creative experiences effectively with different topics and use them in the most effective way To elicit the necessity of the study, I have carried out the
