Luan an Do an ABSTRACT Listening and note-taking skill is an extremely important part of learning English However, many students find that listening is a very difficult subject Therefore, the aim of this study is to point out the difficulties students face in learning listening and note-taking skill Then, through those difficulties, the researchers give the students solutions with the hope of helping them learn listening and note-taking skill better This is a qualitative research with three data collection tools including questionnaire, observation and interview The findings indicate that
