According to experts, despite some similarities between seasonal flu and COVID19, caution is needed before considering COVID19 as a seasonal disease. Moreover, following the flow of events since the first discovery of COVID19, although this is no longer a new phenomenon, it has been causing a lot of public health hazards with different variations of the COVID19 virus. It is premature to make assumptions about how COVID19 will evolve and behave in the future. This indicates that we need to shift towards sustainable management of COVID19. Given our present circumstances, medical services and telemedicine have become essential for effectively managing the COVID19 pandemic and enhancing societal wellbeing. This involves providing suitable and convenient medical devices that allow staff to monitor their health. Our product evaluates each workers health condition through temperature measurements in private office settings. Furthermore, we are developing an automated thermometer for workers, which enables them to regularly monitor their temperature and overall health status while safeguarding the individuals around them.

Member ID Semester : Dr Tran Le Giang International University, Vietnam National University – HCMC | I Introduction Motivation According to experts, despite some similarities between seasonal flu and COVID-19, caution is needed before considering COVID-19 as a seasonal disease Moreover, following the flow of events since the first discovery of COVID-19, although this is no longer a new phenomenon, it has been causing a lot of public health hazards with different variations of the COVID-19 virus It is premature to make assumptions about how COVID-19 will evolve and behave in the future This indicates that we need to shift towards sustainable management of COVID-19 Given our present circumstances, medical services and telemedicine have become essential for effectively managing the COVID-19 pandemic and enhancing societal well-being This involves providing suitable and convenient medical devices that allow staff to monitor their health Our product evaluates each worker's health condition through temperature measurements in private office settings Furthermore, we are developing an automated thermometer for workers, which enables them to regularly monitor their temperature and overall health status while safeguarding the individuals around them Objective + Initial requirements (briefly explain what you want to do) Our design is to develop a device that can help limit the spread of the disease to those around the infected person This system used the distance sensor E18-DD80NK to detect objects and the temperature sensor GY-906-MX90614 to measure people's temperatures When the machine detects someone with a fever, it will alert the individual and require them to work from home to prevent the spread of the disease to others This project aims to collect input data accurately, specifically the body temperature of consumers The purpose is to store the data and promptly detect individuals who may potentially carry the COVID virus in their bodies to test and isolate them on time from other members Our project mainly includes temperature sensors, infrared distance sensors, and notification speakers In summary, our product is aimed at consumers in enclosed office spaces to ensure their health International University, Vietnam National University – HCMC | 3 Related Works (google related works and describe some of the related works that you found) The GATEC Research Group at the University of Science and Technology University of Danang is researching, manufacturing, and applying remote body temperature measuring devices to meet the urgent needs of Covid-19 prevention and control tasks The remote body temperature measuring device consists of a commonly used infrared body temperature measuring machine (or infrared temperature sensor), a webcam, a laptop or iPad, and a smartphone to read the results The measurement results will be transmitted to the medical staff's screen through the internet Medical staff can remotely observe and measure the body temperature of guests in isolation rooms with glass doors An automatic height adjustment system is used to adjust the temperature-measuring machine-camera cluster to the appropriate height of the person being measured to ensure accuracy Therefore, the use of remote body temperature measuring devices ensures no close contact between medical staff and those being measured, thereby minimizing the risk of cross-infection of the Covid-19 virus Idea introduction We will use the knowledge we have gained in 3D design, programming, and electrical engineering to run machine units, assemble the circuit boards, and assemble the various parts and accessories Our initial idea is to use a contactless temperature sensor, a distance sensor, and Arduino Uno R3 The distance sensor is used to detect the presence of a person needing measurement Once the sensor detects someone, it will transmit this information to the temperature sensor, and then, through the audio device and screen, it will display the employee's temperature To accomplish the 3D design aspect, we will utilize Fusion 360, an Autodesk tool widely used for 3D design Thankfully, the student email provided by IU grants us a free license for this tool, enabling us to leverage its full range of options for our design Additionally, we will use the department's 3D printer to bring our product to life Our product must be designed for easy disassembly and assembly while being compact and handheld for user convenience II Design specifications Weight and Size International University, Vietnam National University – HCMC | employee's information by swiping their magnetic card and identifying an object to be measured using infrared Then, it can measure the temperature of the specified object Once the measurement is complete, the temperature value is sent to the microcontroller and displayed on the screen Components used:  GY-906 MLX90614 Non-contact Infrared Temperature Sensor Working Principle: The MLX90614 sensor can measure the temperature of an object without requiring physical contact This is achieved by utilizing the Stefan-Boltzmann Law, which asserts that all objects and organisms emit infrared (IR) energy, and the magnitude of this emitted IR energy is directly proportional to the temperature of the object or organism Consequently, the MLX90614 sensor determines the temperature of an object by assessing the quantity of IR energy it emits (Microcontrollers Lab (2022, May 7) MLX90614 non-contact infrared temperature sensor with ESP8266 Microcontrollers Lab Pinout  Infrared Obstacle Avoidance Proximity Sensor E18-D80NK Working Principle: Infrared sensors operate by emitting and sensing infrared radiation Typically, active infrared sensors consist of two primary components: a light-emitting diode (LED) and a receiver As an object approaches the sensor, the LED emits infrared light that gets reflected by the object Subsequently, the receiver detects the reflected infrared radiation (Cảm Ứng Hồng Ngoại Công Ty Cổ Phần SX-TM-DV Thế Bảo (n.d.) https://kawasan.com.vn/tin-cong-nghe.html/cam-ung-hong-ngoaikawasan.html) Figure Working Principle of D80NK Pinout  RC522 – RFID Reader/Writer Working principle: A reader comprises a radio frequency module and an antenna that generates an electromagnetic field at a high frequency On the other hand, a tag is typically a passive device lacking a battery It consists of a microchip for storing and processing information and an antenna for receiving and transmitting signals The reader creates an electromagnetic field when the tag is brought into proximity As a result, electrons within the tag's antenna begin to move, thereby providing power to the microchip Once the microchip receives power from the electromagnetic field generated by the reader, it transmits its stored information back to the reader This transmission occurs as a radio signal and is referred to as backscatter The reader then captures and interprets this backscattered signal, extracting the transmitted data Subsequently, the reader forwards this data to a computer or microcontroller, which can be further processed and utilized (Last Minute Engineers (2023, May 10) In-depth: What is RFID? how it works? interface RC522 with Arduino International University, Vietnam National University – HCMC | Last Minute Engineers Cost analysis VII Conclusion & Limitation & Future works In conclusion, the machine designed to reduce the spread of COVID-19 h as shown promising results in reducing the number of people infected with the virus The machine can be used in homes and offices to create a safe and healt hy environment for individuals and families It is easy to use and requires no sp ecial skills or training Overall, the machine that reduces the spread of COVID-1 is a valuable tool in the fight against the pandemic Its use can help save lives and prevent the further spread of the virus Significant and costly machines req International University, Vietnam National University – HCMC | 16 uire a substantial initial investment, which can financially strain a company Th e high cost of the machine may also limit the number of companies that can aff ord to purchase it The maintenance cost of big and costly machines is also hig h The machines require regular maintenance to keep them in good working co ndition The cost of maintenance, including the cost of spare parts, can add up quickly, making it a significant expense for the company Extensive and costly machines are often designed for specific tasks, making them inflexible They m ay not be suitable for other tasks, which limits their usefulness Companies ma y need additional machines to perform different tasks, resulting in higher costs These machines are often heavy and difficult to move Relating them to differe nt factory areas or a new facility is challenging The cost of moving the machine s can also be high, which can be a significant expense for the company Moreover, it can finally become obsolete quickly Technology constantly evolves, and newer machines may be more efficient and cost-effective Compa nies that invest in extensive and costly machines may find themselves with out dated equipment that is no longer useful or efficient In conclusion, while big and costly machines can increase productivity an d efficiency, they also have limitations Before deciding, companies must weigh the benefits and limitations of investing in extensive and costly machines In th e future, we will incorporate more heart rate functions to improve our app's pe rformance We will also research and develop a voice control feature instead o f magnetic cards to help users have a better experience using our products In addition, a quick covid test can be provided when people are over 37 degrees C elsius to ensure they can continue working if they only have a common cold VIII Task Division and Timeline The task
