limits, which is inadvertently removed during clearing and grubbing operations or otherwise, shall immediately be replaced by the Contractor at its own expense Trees outside the construction width but within the proposed right-of-way having a trunk girth of more than 450 mm at a point 600 mm above the ground shall not be cut down without the prior approval of the Project Manager Those trees that are not to be removed shall be protected from injury or damage resulting from Contractor's operations II Clearing and Grubbing Setting out and staking of each cross section as the approved and rivers, are to be diverted, all vegetation, roots stumps and the like shall be completely removed and placed outside the excavation area concerned before the excavation works can be commenced The construction ensure that cleaning and grubbing will be carried out within the construction area, does not affect outside area Besides the "excavation and relocation of works and obstacles" will comply with all the provisions of the technical instructions III Disposal of Cleared Material All other timber except timber to be used and all brush, stumps, roots, logs, and other refuse from the clearing property All burning shall be done in conformance with regulations and at such times and in such manner as to prevent the fire from spreading to areas adjoining the right of way All fences, buildings, structures, and encumbrances of any character, except those to be removed by others, upon or within the limits of the right of way, shall be removed by the Contractor and carefully placed on the
