Any request for replacement of a defective CD-ROM must be postage prepaid and must be accompanied by the original defective CD-ROM, your mailing address and telephone number, and proof of date of purchase and purchase price. AP shall have no obligation to refund the purchase price or to replace a CD-ROM based on claims of defects in the nature or operation of the Product.
