- I agree that technology might bring some enhancements to our education + it will allow learners to have a flexible schedule to learn: They can study whenever or wherever they like and more importantly, they can still have enough knowledge without attending any lectures + with technology, education can be easily accessed by the public despite their background, their age and so on: Everyone can have the opportunity to enhance their knowledge, their skills in order to have a better life - I still make my stand about the benedfit of attending lectures + attending lectures will give learners the opportunity to have face-toface conversation with their tutors and peers -> might perform better in academic results than those study online + attending lectures might bring the sense of competition between learns and they will try their best to pass their peers -> academic scores might be improve 15.Task 2: In the modern world, it is possible to shop, communicate, work on the Internet without a face-to-face conversation To what extent it is a positive or negative development? - there are various adventages that this great development brings to our life + it allows us to have a flexible schedule to do every things: employees can work in wherever they like and feel comfortable, this might have some enormous positive impacts on their outcome of the work + it is also a safe way to help the national economic continues to grow while there is some unexpected situations occur such as a world epidemic: buy essential things for daily life demand, attend some online classes or continue to do their works - this great development of technology may also bring some detrimental effects on our society + it can not be denied that technology is discouraged face-to-face conversations which might effect our ecomomic and education grow: there are some professions which not suitable for online working, onilne learning can not bring the same outcome as attending lectures + some information on the internet might not be accurated: buying some things online, might have to face with fake and low quality goods 16.Task 2 Some people think that children should start formal education at schools as early as possible, others feel that children should go to schools when they are at least seven years old Discuss both views and give your own opinion 17.Task 2: In many countries, people like to eat a wider variety of food than can be grown in the local area As a result, much of the food today we eat has to come from other regions.Do the advantages of this development outweigh the disadvantages? - I believe the popular of foreign food in our sociey might have an enormous positive impacts, especially in some regions + Middle Eastern countries: the weather is not suitable for growing crops -> food is an alarming problem in here But in contrary, those countries are the main producer of crude oil in the world -> they can use to earn money -> import food from other countries -> As the same like those, many countries are also using their local products to exchange for some foreign foods - we can not deny the detrimental side of this trend + transport food to another country which is very far -> , this product is frequent be tranported by planes, the most fuel-comsumer mean of transport -> discharge a lagre amount of emission into the atmosphere, preserve food -> use chemicals which might bring negative impact on our health 18.Task 2 Money should be spent to create new public buildings such as museum and town halls rather than renovating existing ones To what extent do you agree or disagree? - building a new structure like museum in a place which is accessable by everyone would be more convenient and profitable + existing museum wich might be located at outskirt of the city or town -> building new one at a place that reachable by the public is not only benefit for individual but also the government at the same time + building new structure might bring enormous benefits to governments: The architecture of new building will be much more atractive than existing one -> this will attract a huge number of visitors -> an enormous profits -> this can be a reliable source of income for the -> have enough money ti invest in other sector such as public facilities - it can be denied that renovating existing ones would bring some benefits to our society + they have existing for a long time, probably more than a thounsand years, so as a result, they are representing the worth of our ancestors + as being represent for a nation, those old ones would attract an enormous number of tourists both in foreign and local who want to discover about a nation’s history and culture 19.TASK 2: Some people think that people are responsible for their happiness Others feel that happiness depends on other factors in their life Discuss both views and give your own opinion 20.TASK 2: Some people say governments rather than commercial organizations should fund scientific researches To what extent do you agree or disagree?
