định Khoản 1.5 thực tế số lượng mua quy định Confirmation of Orders 2.1 The quantities, prices and shipment of the commodities stated in this Agreement shall be confirmed for each transaction, the respective Purchase Contract due to the cause attributed to Xiamen, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon by the parties, TIE is entitled to cancel such Purchase Contract and Xiamen has to reimburse the full amount of Purchase Order value and to pay TIE the bank charges arisen from TT payment to Xiamen The such payment will be made within 30 days of Distributor’s notice letter of cancellation
