Vanda Thí nghiệm 1: Khảo sát ảnh hƣởng nồng độ sodium alginate đến hình thành hạt nhân tạo Thí nghiệm đƣợc bố trí theo kiểu hoàn toàn ngẫu nhiên yếu tố, gồm nghiệm thức, lặp lại lần Kết thu đƣợc nồng độ 30 g/l cho vỏ hạt nhân tạo tròn, đều, đẹp tỷ lệ nẩy mầm cao Thí nghiệm 2: Khảo sát ảnh hƣởng mơi trƣờng tạo hạt nhân tạo Thí nghiệm đƣợc bố trí theo kiểu hoàn toàn ngẫu nhiên yếu tố, gồm nghiệm sát mơi trƣờng bảo quản hạt nhân tạo Thí nghiệm đƣợc bố trí theo kiểu hoàn toàn ngẫu nhiên yếu tố, gồm nghiệm thức, lần lặp lại Môi trƣờng MS bảo quản hạt tốt nhất, cho hạt nhân tạo có tỷ lệ nẩy mầm cao sau bảo quản Thí nghiệm 4: Khảo sát nẩy mầm hạt nhân tạo giá thể khác Thí nghiệm đƣợc bố trí theo kiểu hồn tồn ngẫu nhiên yếu tố, gồm nghiệm thức, lần lặp lại Tỷ lệ hạt nhân tạo nẩy mầm bơng gịn cao (khoảng 100%) Nội dung 2: Khảo sát diện mycorrhiza số giống lan Kết khảo sát cho thấy mycorrhiza có dạng sau: -Sợi nấm ăn màu xanh, phân nhiều nhánh ăn xuyên qua nhiều lớp tế bào -Sợi nấm cuộn
