Connect 60th Anniversary Celebration The 2019-2020 school year marks our 60th Anniversary! St Pius X High School opened its doors in August of 1959 and has been providing quality education ever since We have a year of celebrations planned starting with our Fireworks Extravaganza We invite you to join us! Visit our website 2019 Golf Tournament Meet us at Oak Valley Golf Course, August 2, to enjoy a day of golf while supporting a good cause Our golf tournament is a tremendous support to many academic, athletic, and artistic programs offered at St Pius X High School If you're not a golfer you can still join us for lunch or dinner Registration opens June 21st St Pius X High School Historical Society We need YOU to help us preserve the history of St Pius X High School Sue (Vaughn '78) Vogt and Lucas Null, '03 are currently in the process of compiling our school's historical data If you would be interested in assisting them or have any information on the history of our school or important historical figures related to our school please email us at alumni@stpius.com Alumni Scholarship Recipients Congratulations to our 2019-2020 Alumni Scholarship Recipients: Michaela Eimer - Good Shepherd Micah Surdyke - Our Lady Kaleen Vaugh - Our Lady Mykalah Garnett - St Joseph-Imperial Connor Hamilton - St Joseph-Imperial To qualify for the Alumni Association Scholarship: The student must be a child of a St Pius X graduate The parent must submit an essay on, "What Impact St Pius X High School had on my life" The student must submit an essay on, "What will I b ring to St Pius X High school" For additional scholarship information click below Visit our website Did You Know Class of 2019 College Statistics • 72 graduates • Students in the class were admitted to 55 different schools in 15 states • Class of 2019 graduates will be attending 32 schools in 12 states – Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Mississippi, Nebraska, New York, Texas, Wisconsin • 10 graduates will be attending five different Catholic universities – students entering Seminary • This class collectively earned $3.04 MILLION in ACCEPTED academic, leadership, merit and athletic scholarships over two or four years (an increase of over $1 million from 2018) • 88% of the class earned scholarships • Bright Flight Scholarship awardees (30+ on ACT) Congratulations to our Legacy Family Graduates!
