HIGHLIGHTS OF RALPH BOSTON’S CAREER Ralph Boston is considered one of the greatest athletes the world has ever known. Boston won a gold medal in the 1960 Rome Olympics where he broke Jesse Owens’ 24‐year Olympic record, a silver medal in the 1964 Tokyo Olympics, and a bronze medal in the 1968 Mexico City Olympic Games.
