send a copy of your government-issued photo identification; and send all documents with your Registration Application That identification document must: • • • • be government-issued (e.g., driver’s license or state-issued identification card, passport, U.S Military Identification Card, U.S Permanent Resident Card, National Identification Card or Consular Identification Card);
