Liberty service members, veterans, and their families, as well as military faculty and staff members, are invited to the Military Graduate Recognition Ceremony The keynote address will be delivered by the director of the Center for Chaplaincy, retired U.S Air Force Chaplain, Col Steven E Keith, D.Min Additionally, all graduating service members and veterans will be presented with a commemorative
