Undergraduate Juried Digital Arts Competition Entry Form Thank you for your interest in the Juried Digital Arts Competition hosted by the Department of Studio & Digital Arts The goal of the exhibit is to bring glory to God by showcasing the work of SCCA students The exhibit is scheduled for Mar 2-26 The opening & reception is Mar 2, 6-8:30 p.m in the Liberty University Art Gallery Deadline: Feb 27, a.m.-4 p.m Drop off ready to hang artwork & submission forms in the Liberty University Art Gallery, Room 1855 * Artwork must not have been exhibited in past Liberty University Art Gallery exhibitions Categories: • Animation: Motion Graphics & Special Effects • Graphic Design: Branding, Layout Design, Packaging, Publication Design • Illustration: Character Design, Hand-Lettering, Narrative Art • Photography: Digital Black & White, Color, Conceptual, Photojournalism • User Experience Design: App & Website Design *Competition is open to SCCA students I Artwork must be original Judging: Feb 28 Artwork that is selected will receive an email on either Feb 28 or Mar Visa gift cards will be given at the opening & reception to Best of Show, 1st, 2nd, & 3rd winners Honorable Mentions will receive a certificate Artwork not selected will also receive an email Artwork must be picked up on Mar anytime between a.m.-4:30 p.m if it is not selected * Jury will review all entries to ensure they adhere to the standards of Liberty University Entries will be rejected if they not adhere to the standards of exhibition requirements Format • All artwork should be submitted according to professional display standards This means clean edges, no visible glue or tape, & centered Each piece must be ready to hang or place on a pedestal • Animations: Should be in playable format on a disc, within a case or a USB • User Experience Design: Please submit website links to cbevins1@liberty.edu on Feb 27 (Students still must come to the gallery to drop off their entry form.)
