Survey 2017-2018 University of Alabama at Birmingham First Destination Report The following report includes all data collected from graduates between summer 2017 and spring 2018 The UAB First Destination Survey is a voluntary survey graduates complete beginning three weeks prior to graduation Emails are generated to students using Qualtrics four times prior to graduation Graduates can also respond via anonymous links in BlazerNet, UAB Commencement website, at recognition ceremonies, and commencement Outreach to graduates who have not responded or indicated they are still seeking employment occurs once a month for six-months after graduation All responses to the survey are voluntary except for the question about plans Graduates with Professional Degrees not complete the survey Data on graduates who did not respond to the survey after the sixmonth deadline were looked up on LinkedIn Note: Graduates receiving more than one degree in a term are counted once based on Curriculum Priority and Outcome Number Reported Plans of UAB FDS Respondents 2017-2018 The response rate for graduates receiving their Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctorate degrees between summer 2017 and spring
