take each semester, which concentration to select and the order they wish to take their courses (while abiding by prerequisite rules) Courses may also be taken online Students have the option to complete the degree by taking as many as 18 credit hours a semester to complete the degree in 16 months On average, working professional students complete the degree in three years by taking two courses per semester Students may begin this program in any semester-spring, summer or fall An MBA as unique as you Our MBA students have the option to specialize their MBA in one of 15 concentrations or pursue a double degree by selecting one of 13 master's programs to create a customized degree plan Double-degree students may complete both degrees with a minimum of 63 semester credit hours of PMBA Flex and Online students work full time and take classes on a part-time basis, usually semester credit hours (two courses) per semester Elective courses typically are offered between p.m and 10 p.m., Monday through Friday, as well as online MBA Concentrations Finance Students can prepare for careers in corporate finance, investment management, or the management of financial institutions Courses in this area emphasize creative solutions to business financing problems, the development of value maximizing investment and financing strategies, and the analysis and management of fixed Prerequisite knowledge in calculus is a requirement for Professional MBA, Professional MBA Online and all MS program except MS Marketing, MS Healthcare Management, MS International Management Studies, MS Information Technology Management and MS Innovation and Entrepreneurship MS Finance program require basic statistics as a program prerequisite Students who have not meet the basic statistics prerequisite will need to complete OPRE 6301 to complete the basic statistics requirement for the MS Finance Program Applicants need to have earned a "B" or better in calculus or its equivalent to CHECK Steps after Admission Log-in to Orion to accept or decline admission in the Student Center section All Flex candidates submit payment of the $100 seat fee to reserve their seat in our class The seat fee does not function as a deposit against tuition It is a programming fee to pay for networking events, site visits and professional development sessions Online Candidates – There is no seat fee associate with this program as students already pay a distance learning fee You can accept or decline admission up until school begins However, this is not recommended as the system can take 24-48
