Balance as a Teacher (Source: Christine Weis) At the end of 2019, the world appeared the Covid 19 pandemic, causing the world to face a serious health crisis, and yet, it also caused the world to face difficulties in all fields economic, social, and educational To avoid infection as well as reduce the number of deaths, governments around the world must order the closure of schools, avoid crowded places, In Vietnam, the government must also be closing schools from kindergartens to universities nationwide due to the strong spread of the Covid-19 pandemic However, for uninterrupted learning, not only in the world but also in Vietnam, the government has allowed students to study online at home That means all children and teachers have to stay at home, changing the way they teach and learn, from face-to-face at school to online on social media platforms As a result, teachers' workplaces and home life are in the same place, which can lead to conflicts between work and home as the boundaries are increasingly blurred, especially with teachers - female employees, who have young children, will face this conflict (Noor and Zainuddin, 2011; Erdamar and Demirel, 2014) The strain of conflict between work and family has become increasingly apparent during the crisis of the Covid-19 pandemic As female teachers, they have to shoulder two roles: both as a teacher and as a mother As a teacher, they have to educate their students (the requirement of the job) As a mother and wife, they have to educate and take care of their children, they also have to take care of the housework (family needs) When these tasks occur in the same place, it will cause them to lose their balance, and lead to negative consequences It also affects their level of job satisfaction During the raging Covid-19 pandemic, teachers' job satisfaction may be affected by work overload, the pressure of work and family, this is still being studied Based on research on this issue in China, this study will explore this issue in Vietnam The study will investigate the causes and factors that cause overcrowding, public and family pressures reported by female teachers in schools in Vietnam, from kindergarten to university teachers The results of the study have the potential to reveal how stress and conflict between work and family influence levels of dissatisfaction and burnout in the education sector Thereby, it balances work and family life during the Covid-19 pandemic Project control system 2.1 Overview The project management system must be developed appropriately and thoroughly in order for the project to run successfully Controlling the project from the start will assist managers in making the best decisions and moving in the correct path (Phillips, 2004) As a result, project managers may improve project management by employing the Six Constraints approach Scope, Quality, Time, Cost, Benefits, and Risks are all included in this approach  Scope: What exactly is expeacted outcome?  Quality: How close the outcome matches expectations?  Time: By when shoulde the outut be delivered?  Cost: How much money is available to achieve this outcome?  Benefits: Who and what is required to the work?  Risks: What can go wrong, and what can be done about it? 2.2 Project control tools  WBS (for Scope): It is a tool that assists project managers in overseeing the statement of work by allowing them to schedule each individual part and  activity Reflective journal (for Quality): It will record the events that have been done during the course of the project This helps the manager to learn from the  shortcomings GANTT chart (for Time): The project will be broken down with a timeline, so that the project manager can get an overview and keep a close eye on the  progress of the project Budget list (for Cost): It displays costs and their associated quantities to assist the project manager in keeping track of progress and any variations  Communication plan (for Benefit): It establishes a defined communication,  monitoring, and carrying a plan for the project manager and stakeholders Risk register (for Risk): It covers potential future hazards for the project, as well as remedies to those risks The project manager uses the risk register to address hazards without jeopardizing the project's progress I Scope management plan Aim The project aims to investigate how teachers in Vietnam react when they have to not only work at home but also the housework at the same place due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic How they can balance two problems and whether they feel stress and the impact on their job satisfaction This requires data collection from some female teachers working and their ideas objective opinions from them Objectives    Understand the situation of work-life balance of high school teacher Analyze the impact negative of Covid-19 on the work-life balance of teachers Evaluate the job satisfaction of teachers during the risk of contracting Covid-19 Because currently, although sick people can self-isolate at home, when infected with Covid-19, the manager may be tired and sick That makes it impossible for the project manager to keep a close eye on the project progress  Computer crashes, such as crashes or data loss The project manager is using the 2015 model, it freezes sometimes and can crash at any time So it will probably take 1-2 weeks to repair  Managers may have to deal with family issues There is strife in the manager's family at the moment As a result, the work will be delayed, which will have a substantial impact on the research  For several days, the internet access is unavailable, and online information can not be accessed The network system is often intermittent and the signal is poor As a result, it is difficult for project managers to access documents and data online, hindering and slowing down project progress  The manager may be involved in a car accident A project manager who rides a motorbike, and often immediately enters busy roads, can get into a car accident at any time such as a broken leg or broken arm That leaves the project manager 3-4 weeks to recover, not keeping track of the project 11 Risk register Risks (negative) Likelihood (0,25; 0,5; 0,75) Project managers are 0,5 at risk of contracting Covid-19 Impact (1-5) Weight = Likelihood x Impact Risk Respons e relatives or friends questionnaire activities throughout the lockdown period The data collected will then be summed up to reach a final decision Reports and surveys will be saved on cloud platforms such as Google Drive when each draft is completed to avoid losing all data if the laptop is not working Because family matters are serious and challenging to organize, the project manager must understand this reality The project manager must refrain from driving at a high rate of speed The project manager will schedule some study time at library or coffee shops, where the internet is significantly more dependable V Quality Management Plan Project Deliverables Methodology Literature review PMP VI Deliverable Quality Standards/ Criteria Experiment Mortal, some faculty members will be uncomfortable with study issues and will not participate in surveys Quality Control Activity Maturation, participants may be occupied and have little time to reply to surveys as they mature As a result, people may reply incorrectly or accidentally Use convenient survey methods, such as conducting online surveys, to allow the participants to freely provide the correct response Interaction effects of selection biases, It's possible that the survey subjects aren't typical of the sample population Sample size The management involves the process a survey of at least five high schools on the issue of female high school instructors More teachers will be divided into different age groups in this scenario This will improve the accuracy and objectivity of the research For examination during Covid-19, the report must be current (2-3 years) The information source must be current and trustworthy Show indicators of integration and comprehension of the issue, which should incorporate even opposing viewpoints The study goal and objectives should be clear Correctly in terms of resource and cost management, risk management, quality management, and stakeholder management The WBS and Gantt chart are realistic and easy to understand Find information about sources of credit Articles and journals should be used to obtain data The researcher should have a thorough understanding of the study issue Explain how important their help is to the project and will recommend some solutions for them To make sure PMP is heading in the correct direction, follow the advice of your teacher There 14 VIII Research Gap There have been many research papers that have investigated the work-life balance of teachers and their job satisfaction during the Covid-19 pandemic However, the difference in this study is that it focuses on female teachers when they have to take on many responsibilities The study also wanted to investigate their feelings under the pressures that are pressing them down in the present time, as well as how they overcame IX Research Method This survey will use questions to survey Using questionnaires will make it easier to get specific data, making the survey more authentic and clear Especially when the research paper uses a quantitative research method, the data collected from the survey by question makes the article more grounded and easier to analyze X Project management plan (Performance review) PMP management (Source: www.linkedin.com) Having a project manager develop a complete project management plan will help them understand the importance of building project management A well-controlled and well-managed management plan will influence the outcome of the project (Phillips, 2004) Although, there may be risks, but by developing a project management plan, the manager can anticipate everything and minimize the unwanted impact Using project planning tools such as WBS, GRANTT chart, Risk registered will help us prepare carefully and think correctly in planning Project management tools not only help to keep a close eye on the progress of a project, but also help in many other areas of life For example, in cooking, to ensure quality food, we can apply the WBS tool When applying WBS, the dishes will be followed according to the arranged steps, or thanks to the GRANTT chart, the dishes will 15 be in the correct order in terms of time And thanks to the risk registered, the chef can anticipate situations such as lack of ingredients, broken kitchen for better preparation A project management plan is a tool for making sure everyone benefits from the project The project manager's views or proposals will be readily visible in the plan, allowing stakeholders to be aware of potential project adjustments or progress As a result, people will be able to engage in the project and constantly watch its development (Nokes & Kelly, 2007) In short, PMP brings a lot of benefits to the project It helps the project manager to build a complete plan based on the previously set goals It also enhances cooperation and cohesion with stakeholders so that the project can go smoothly and ensures benefits for everyone Moreover, the use of project management tools also helps the project avoid possible risks, and take timely remedial measures And PMP also helps the project manager to closely monitor the progress of the project so that the project is successful and on schedule However, PMP also has some limitations First, to create a PMP plan, the project manager will spend a lot of time and money When implementing a project, the project manager will spend more than weeks to prepare a complete and accurate plan Second, creating a template for the project will limit the creativity of the research paper Because stereotypes can ignore new ideas that arise during the project run (Taylor, 2006) Therefore, the limitation can reduce the quality of the project XI Points to consider for Literature Review Article Key findings/ Supporting Research Limitations Arguments Evidence/ Sample characteristics/ Methodology used Contribution of the research Ilic-Kosanovic, T., (2021) Work-life balance of teaching staff at higher covid-19 pandemic: Association between work hours, work– family balance and quality of life International Journal of Environmental professors - toward achieving work-life balance while working from home during the lockdown enforced in Serbia from March to May (via interviews) According to recent research, teachers' anxiety levels are greater than those of many other occupations The features of psychological stress and coping techniques in the context of the rapid shift to distant learning forced by the COVID 19 epidemic were investigated using tractor trailer interviews with 14 instructors from diverse regions of Russia During the Chilean health emergency of the COVID-19 pandemic, this study examines the relationship between work hours, work–family balance, and quality of life (QoL) among teachers Uses a qualitative data collection Participants : teachers The study's design prevents researchers from determining the prevalence of emotionand issue coping among instructors The findings of this study already speak to the need for a framework to support teachers' mental health, which we believe is necessary to improve educational successfulness of both academic achievement and the mental health of all learners Do the survey Participants: teachers Quantitative Survey research; non-probability sample size has fundamental limitations in terms of accurately reflecting the total population This study's shortcomings are typical of a bridge study with no way to compare findings before and after the epidemic Advises the establishment of public policies aimed at minimizing these stresses outside of the interaction between humans and information and communication technology 17 Research and Public Health, 18(14), 7566 Purwanto, A., Asbari, M., Fahlevi, M., Mufid, A., research [1, specifically, schoolteachers Landolfi, A., Barattucci, M., De Rosa, A., & Lo Presti, A (2021) The Association of Job and Family Resources and Demands with Life Satisfaction through Work– elements that influence pre-school teachers' careers and parental experiences Did not focus on school-related variables Did not collect the data about preschool teachers' work overload and parenting stress before the COVID-19 outbreak The nature of sampling Focused exclusively on a single job category (schoolteachers); Given the nature of the study's hypothesis, and despite the fact that it is time-lag, making causal inferences is problematic school teachers' workfamily balance and job satisfaction WFB might be the key to increased life happiness from a practical and organizational standpoint In fact, this has significant ramifications for firms, which must guarantee that their employees' WFB is assessed, as well as that key work contextrelated qualities, such as job control and supervisor support, are appropriately managed Literature review Work-life balance of female teachers during the Covid-19 In previous studies, women's responsibilities were enormous in times of war, famine or epidemics Especially for Asians, there is a saying: "Men build houses, women build homes" 19 because, for a long time, men have been considered the breadwinners in the family, shouldering important tasks Men will play the role of earners to take care of household expenses As for women, with the concept that women are weak, soft hands, unable to heavy work so they will take on the kitchen, housework, and help their children study But that was just an old concept, because today, when society is increasingly developed, men and women are equal, women can also earn money, also take care of the housework and take care of their children However, when the Covid-19 epidemic hit, the boundaries between family and work were skewed, and the balance between work and life became increasingly complicated and difficult to achieve The emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic has caused face-to-face teaching to suddenly switch to online teaching This teaching method breaks the traditional teaching model and requires high demands on teachers in terms of experience as well as technical skills This sudden change makes teachers unable to adapt, so it puts pressure on them, as well as their energy in a teaching session when they have to handle all the work remotely at any time Influenced by the old stereotypes of Asians, in addition to taking care of work, they also take care of their families and raise children During the Covid-19 pandemic, where the workplace changed from school to home, in addition to being stressed and overloaded with work, they also had to face pressure to take care of their families Because, mothers have more frequent and longer contact with their children, which increases the stress of parenting The demands of the job when it comes to educating other people's children and educating their own children at the same time, in the same place, create high levels of conflict Job satisfaction When the pressure is higher and higher, for teachers to remain positive and the level of job satisfaction is quite low Low levels of satisfaction can lead to negative effects on psychological and physical health (Faragher, 2005) It can make the quality of teaching low or it can bad things for the development of their children Therefore, this study will provide us with the balance of teachers between work and family, leading to job satisfaction, and whether there are consequences And there will be certain improvements for teachers in terms of physical as well as psychological health XIII Hypotheses Development  H1: Stress
