Making Bias Tape: a Open the yard piece of bias tape fabric up so the right side is facing you b Pull the right bottom corner diagonally towards the center fold Continue pulling the corner up until skirt front and back The stitch line should be ¼” down Leave 2” on each side edge un-gathered Gather the skirt until the space in between the gathering stitches is the same width as the bodice front The 2” on each side should be flat and will extend past the bodice front Place the bodice front on top of the gathered skirt front with the right sides touching The bottom raw edge of the bodice front
